KB009 Create a work-group voicemail from phone

To access/create the work-group VM press the voicemail button on your phone.

Default password for the voicemail is 1234.

Dial *# then the extension of the voicemail box (verify in director/connect, IE 5070)

then enter the password.

You will choose a new password and record a name announcement IE "Company Department".

when finished with the setup press 7 for mailbox options and 1 to record a personal greeting. This is where you will record the actual greeting for the work-group mailbox.
